Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your new purchase from Danna Nicole. If for any reason your regular price item isn't the perfect purchase for you please contact us within 14 days of receipt to make arrangements for a return.

We will happily refund in the method of payment for goods postmarked within 14 days. Items postmarked between 14-28 days will receive a store credit or straight exchange.

After 28 days all items are a final sale. 

All items must be in their original condition, tags on, original packaging and unworn. Original receipt and proof of purchase is required.

For hygienic reasons facemasks, under garments and hair accessories are not returnable. 

Sale items are a final sale. 

Gift certificates and gift cards are non refundable and can not be redeemed for cash in part or in whole.

If you are shipping your return please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Danna Nicole Inc. can not issue a refund / credit for a return we do not receive.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund/store credit.  We will also notify you if for any reason your item can not be refunded or a store credit issued.

It can often take 3-5 days for a transaction to appear on your statement. Your patience is appreciated.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Hello@DannaNicole.com so that we may verify that the alternate size / colour is available.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
